Music In Stress out. More than a project!!!

MUSIC IN STRESS OUT Through music, teenagers can control their level of stress. Students in 3rd year of Secondary start working in the project together with students and teachers from Germany, Turkey, Poland and Bulgaria. The target audience of this project was young people between the ages of 14-18 who have problems in coping with stress and have a tendency to violence in the adolescence period. The title “Music in Stress out” illustrated the intentions of this project very clearly.
Music increases the harmony between body and mind, and thus helps the teenager to get into a better balance. In order to show that music has no age and underline the importance of active aging, old people were included in the project as audience in the concerts or as trainers.
